social networking script like myspace?

I was wondering if anyone else here has tried PHPFox.com or EFriends.com? I've tried them both but have had bad luck. :mad: I couldn't customize them either. I just ran into another script called Our Space from 2coolcode.com which seems just like myspace and so far i'm able to customize it and it works great. Does anyone know the legal issues regarding intellectual property that come into play when using a script like Our Space? Their social networking program looks alot like Myspace.com but the thing is you can customize it whatever you want to look totally different but with the same functions.
