Download b4rt-torrentflux (http://www.torrentflux.com/forum/index.php/topic,1265.0.html)which is a competely reworked and modded out version of torrent flux.
Make a new database
Go to your html directory
Go through installation
Note make download dir out of public_html for security reasons
I WILL ADD A GUIDE TO LOCALLY INSTALLING THE OPTIONAL TOOLS
Thats about it.
If anyone wants to help me figure out how to locally install VLC, checkdisk, transmission CLI, and the other stuff please post here.
