Your IP address will change if you get your site moved to another box.
You should still be able to get to Live Chat through this link.. https://www.websitealive4.com/3983/rLogin.asp?groupid=3983
Tell them what your problem is and they'll take care of it.

there is lots of report from china user, where they can not even accessing bluehost.com and their website. This not sound like only the IP of your website being block. Probably the class C being blocked, or even class A or B is being blocked.
after anyway you gained access, pls back here and make a new thread to show how. this will help many.

i see. then have to email to support. explain them the problem, and request to change the site to another server, so that the server IP could be changed :D
even you contact live chat, they will pass this migration request to support as well.

When I read al the China talk I think the problem lies not with BH, but with the Chinese law.

This is a tricky one but you are almost certainly on the same IP as a site that has what the Chinese government considers content that their citizens shouldn't be viewing ... I know, I know, but this is the way it is in China at the moment ...
Most if not all content coming into China is routed through their own firewall and if there is content deemed by them to be anit-China or related to certain keywords like 'democracy', 'Falung Gong', 'Tianamen Square' or any other number of words / content then they will just ban that IP at the firewall level and so a person in China won't be able to view it... (It is known as 金盾工程 or The Golden Shield Project)
Most people who have a certain level of technical competence will know how to use a proxy to overcome this but it's not much good if your site is aimed at a Chinese audience and the IP it is coming from has been banned.
I see Blue Host offer dedicated IPs for $30 per year so maybe that is the way to go .. but if you do so you will have to make sure you don't break any of the multitude of 'rules' the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China have in place and your site is 'clean'
I don't agree with this sort of censorship but that's the way it is in China ...

Er...i can tell there isn't anything Incorrect on my website, but i don't know why our goverment banned the ip,because some of my friends bought space in the USA and their website didn't happened that case
for the 30$/year,i am a student now,maybe i can't offer
my website:www.ohsell.cn
sorry for my poor english again

It is not your website that will be causing the problem, it is likely another website coming from the same IP ...
They may even have banned a whole range of IPs and yours happens to fall into that range of banned IPs
Not all IPs from the US are banned, only a few out of the millions of IPs.
It's not really known what will trigger a ban or even if it is done at the IP level.
Nice website and a shame to see it can't be viewed by your intended audience

China also bans web sites by IP. If their is one democracy website on BH on his IP then China might ban all the sites on the IP. Just a thought
