http://www versus http://..... someone help!

ok so my problem might not be big compared to some others.. but it's bothering me....

i went and installed wordpress through the fantastico quick install and it says that it was installed fine, and that i can access it at http://pileofblogs.com/wp-admin/

but when i go to that URL it's just a go daddy page sayign that site is parked there... and there are a bunch of ads and stuff but not my site... which i have hosted with bluehost and working if you put in http://www.pileofblogs.com

how can i access the admin of my wordpress? and why does my site not work if i only put http:// and not the www??

Both addresses work for me. If a domain is working from some IPs and not others, that typically means that the DNS entries for the domain have not fully propagated yet. So, wait. It's typically a matter of hours but could be a day.

supposely you buy the domain from godaddy, and the nameserver was still pointed to them. godaddy always put ads on new domains. and this also happened to parked domain at their server.

so, after changed the nameserver to bluehost and waited the domain propagation complete. your blog will be available... aaa. i can see it now .. pile of blogs
