Installed a new template for Joomla called ja_rochea.
Made numerous changes including graphics to the banners.
Wanted to install a 7th graphic image to top menu so opened Index.php with dreamweaver and set a 7th slot open then saved.
Once saved I ftp'd the index.php file from my desktop to the site and when I refreshed website it went completely white with a restricted access in black type top left corner.

Any suggestions fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
