Browser or script issues

I am not too sure where I should point my fingers but I am having a problem on my site. I am unable to complete a registration process on my end. Other people can go through the entire steps but I cannot.. it doesn't give any error messages in just states updates have been made. It's on a php5.

Is this a script or browser PC versus mac problem?

seem like is client side problem... and most the time its browser fault.
make sure you clear the browser cache before proceed following test.
to continue test... you can use both IE and firefox.
