installing nuke evolution on bluehost

hi there i just brought my own domain off you people here from bluehost.

Im currently trying to install Nuke Evolution onto my webspace, i have all files there upload, with the admin password etc and the databases setup.

Whenever i tried to install it all i get to Nuke Evolution (Basic) Installer :: Step 2 of 7 and it says:-

".staccess - is missing."

"One or more files has failed, please manually chmod them."

Any advice here on what to do?

Could it be that .staccess should be .htaccess?

correct me if wrong...
seem like is permission problem with the htaccess...
and your installer need to update on those file.
try using chmod 777

ok i got past that bit now i got problem with next part lol

Connection to the server has failed! Make sure your settings are correct.
Connection to the database has failed! Make sure your settings are correct. (Database name)

I check with the settings i have in the config.php and these are correct im sure.
