Can someone tell me if this is something I did? Or is it a host problem?
Thanks in advance!

I'm going to say it's a host issue because I am getting the same message. I contacted them and they said it was a level 3 issue and that they would let me know when it is resolved.
It's up now.

According to one of the other threads on the forum (where someone was asking about changes to versions of software) Bluehost are in the process of upgrading the version of Fantastico to pick up more recent versions of some of the software. They have to disable access temporarily while they run the upgrade on each box.
