Hi! I have actived awstats for my domain turbia.net but I can't find any file on ~/tmp/awstats. I can't also view the stats; instead I obtain this:

Error: Couldn't open config file "awstats.turbia.net.conf" nor "awstats.conf" after searching in path ".,/home/turbiane/tmp/awstats/,/etc/opt/awstats,/etc/awstats,/etc,/usr/local/etc/awstats": No such file or directory

- Did you use the correct URL ?
Example: http://localhost/awstats/awstats.pl?config=mysite
Example: http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=mysite
- Did you create your config file 'awstats.turbia.net.conf' ?
If not, you can run "./../../tools/awstats_configure.pl" from command line, or create it manually.

Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).

Any idea?

Regards.

Did you enable Awstats for that domain in CPanel?

You have to wait at least 24 hours after activating awstats before you can view any results (it's run once a day), so take a look again in a day or so. If it's still no good, use Live Chat to contact BH.
