Was woundering, I have bout 4 months to go before I renew, I want to purchase a dedi IP and woundering if I could before I renew and would I still pay full price... Thank you very much for your quick responses.. :)

The dedicated IP price is always prorated off your remaining term, so whether you have 2 months or 24 months, you'd get charged $2.50/month for it, and your future monthly charge is updated to reflect that too.
