Why is CPanel password required to open a help ticket?

I'm really wary of giving out my password to any website. Why would helpdesk need this information?

yes you will need to provide the login info.

because for BH, the ticketing system is not appear within the cpanel.
but at their help centre indead. so you need to login

They do not get to see the password, it is only used to login to the system.
