Setting up a cron for Dada mail

How can I set up a cron to run a Dada mailing? Has anyone done this successfully?

I've never set up a cron before. I just want it to run once after I've completed a new outgoing newsletter.

I've read the FAQs for Dada and some on cron jobs, but don't understand how to trigger Dada mail to operate.

Would anyone care to share a successful cron for Dada that they have written? I have Dada working successfully from the browser throttled down to 480 emails per hour. I just need the cron to run it on the server so I don't have to keep a browser window open.

Any help would be appreciated.

Gary, I'm interested if you have found an answer yet. I have it set to throttle down, but even though I have it set to Auto Pickup and to Restart Mailings after each bach, but unless I have my internet browser pointed to the monitor your mailings site, it stalls out after every batch.
Is there a setting I am missing, or is there a cronjob I could have run to automaticaly restart it after every batch?
