This is a user-to-user forum, so we can't speak for BH, but the answer is certainly, "yes." The only things that BH won't allow are sites that would get them into legal trouble. Here's what the terms of service say:
No material that provides sells or offers to sell the following: controlled substances, illegal drugs and drug contraband, weapons, pirated materials, instructions on making, assembling or obtaining illegal goods or weapons to attack others. Information used to break, copyright, violate the trademark of or to destroy others property or information. Information used to illegally harm any people or animals. We do not allow pornography, nudity, sexual products, programs or services. Escort services are not allowed or other content deemed adult related.
So, unless your religion involves shooting naked children while on acid, you're OK. :D

...positive and healthy one.. is fine. ;)As I read the Terms of Service, I could have a website that says that all Christians/Muslims/Jews/Hindus/etc. are delusional believers in fairy tales, and lays out the arguments for why I think that. That's not illegal, and BH doesn't prohibit it.
Granted, there's a fine line between honest, though pointed, criticism, and defamation or abuse (which are prohibited), but saying, "religion is a bunch of nonsense" is neither defamatory nor abusive.
There's no requirement to be "positive" or "healthy," whatever that means.
