I imagine I'm being incredibly stupid here and overlooking something very simple, but in order to backup my site following the directions on one of the other threads I have to log in to my secure control panel. Now, when I type in my domain name adding "/securecontrolpanel" I have a prompt with my user name and password. Now, adding the user name that signs me into my standard control panel and any of my usual passwords (I have three) doesn't work. It may be that I have confused myself and should use a different user name, but I doubt it. How should I go about resetting my password?:o
