I had an add-on domain on my account for a short time and I still have reminents of it hanging around after it has been removed. When I go to create a new email address etc. I still see the old domains and subdomains. How can this be purged?

hi. login to bluehost cpanel, and at the addon domain section. where you used for adding domain last time. find the remove addon domain... scroll the way down.

I did that initially which removed the add-on domain but parts of it still remain such as in the add emails accounts.

Emails accounts you have to remove manually and anything else such as database have to be removed manually

Is this manual process something the end user has acces to via FTP etc. or should I contact support?
