Administrator access

new to web building all around.

did I miss something? when i go to install one of the add-on items it requires my:
Administrator-username (you need this to enter the protected admin area)
Password (you need this to enter the protected admin area)

...um, where do I get this? or create this? because my main login info isn't cutting it.

Are you talking about when you are installing something from Fantastico?

If so, just enter whatever you would like the administrator user and password to be on that specific site. It is not asking you for the ID/password to administer your entire bluehost account.
