Our Space script like Myspace ?

I was checking out Our Space from 2coolcode.com at http://www.2coolcode.com/ourspace/ which is alot like Myspace.com . Does anybody know of any copyright issues with this? Since it's so much like myspace could you get in trouble? It say's it's fully 100% customizable and from the looks of it their customers customize their own sites to look different than the default templates on the program. But I was just wondering. I tried PHPFOX at PHPFox.com but it was impossible to customize and you were locked into their own templates.

What do you mean about copyright issues? Edit files and templates? I think most commercial script company allow you do that...

if he own the template or own the master resell right, then is fine
