Hi,
I have been trying to install a program called Profile Manager. All in all, it seems like the exact program I am looking for to create secure member profiles and the instructions for setup are simple. However, I am having permission issues and the problem has gotten worse since the new Bluehost interface. I am not sure if it is related or not, but I have to keep reinstalling this program, then I need to set up the corresponding database within the PM admin panel. What I would like to know is: does anyone have an alternate program like this that they would recommend? I would prefer to go through Fantastico, but so far there is nothing like this listed. What I need that PM has is a basic login script for 'members' to click on, then a page they can register or search for other members. The other element in this is that it has to be free software as PM is, as my company will not pay for this.
