Ok, well basically iv been coding my site for about 1 month on and off and got to a point where i thought id show people and guess what within 10 mins i get a CPU usage message saying my acount is supended, so after abuot 2 mins im back on then in 1 min later its back up!!
can someone please tell me why this is happening, its ridiculous i had 4 people online in my cms... iv used 89mb out of 3TB bandwidth and like 19mb from 300 gig space..
this has REALLY annoyed me i dont evan know why it came up adn the fact that it was the first time i wanted to show people and it basically crashed.
Can someone please tell me what the error ment and how i can fix it.

The error you're getting has nothing to do with your use of transfer bandwidth or of disk space. As the name implies, you're getting suspended for exceeding the CPU usage limits. These are shared servers, so one user's poorly optimized database queries can't be allowed to bring the server to a screeching halt for everyone else. Take a look at your CPU exceeded logs in your temp folder. The entries there will tell you where the problems are occurring.
Here (http://www.bluehostforum.com/showpost.php?p=35878&postcount=18) is an explanation of the limits by one of the sysadmins. If you search these forums for CPU exceeded, you'll find lots of discussions about it.

at any second... once the script uses more than 20% cpu .. it will trigger the suspension page. Meaning the script is using too high cpu resources. you will need to optimise/debug the script.

Rather than coding a new chat program you could just change the refresh to a more sensible value like every 5 seconds or so.

You might try making sure FastCGI is 'off' ... something about FastCGI kept giving me 500 and CPU errors for my forum and chats. Once I turned it off everything was fine. :)
I don't know what the reason is but it appears to happen when my server was blinking yellow or red BUT when FastCGI is 'off' even blinking red everything works fine if a bit slow  BUT slow is better than sporadic errors :)
