Pointing DNS from .co.uk domain

Can anyone with sound knowledge clarify what exactly is the case with .co.uk domains.

They work the same way as other domain names IE .com .net .biz.com.ly I have all of them hosted with Bluehost and have no problems. Just set the name servers where you registered your name and wait 24 hours and away you go :D

P.s is there a setup facility for vista mail setup on here that you know of ?
