Creating an FTP account for add-on Domain?

I want to create an FTP account for an add-on Domain (mizuaqua.ca)

I do not want my main domain name (grafcomm.ca) in the username

ex: username = ftpmizuclients@grafcomm.ca

The @grafcomm.ca is always add at the end of ther user of newly created ftp account.

I want to choose any username, something more personal to the add-on-domain ownwer, like : ftpmizuclients or anything he choose

Second question, I cannot acces my ftp in safari by typing
EX: ftp.grafcomm.ca
I don’t even see the user/password window an error message is appearing

I have no probleme with my old hosting company with username or accessing (ftp.grafgroup.ca) my ftp in Safari.

Please help, That ftp problem is almost a show stopper in using Bluehost...

you can create a users name:

anyone@mymaindomain.com
password
password

domain public_html/younewaddondomain.com
