Do Blue Host have supply Dedicated IP on Shared Host?

Hi, i thinking to buy a hosting from blue host, and i need to know it have dedicated ip or not?

If it charge a price then is ok! if don't supply the dedicated ip then i need to consider the ip is accessible from china!

If my ip cannot accessible from china, then can i change the ip?:confused: :confused:

BH can provide a dedicated IP, for a price, but if China is blocking access to BH servers, that won't make any difference. They seem to be blocking entire ranges of IP addresses, and if they block the range that includes the BH dedicated IPs, you won't be able to access your site.

previously there was a china customer, posted that dedicated ip solved the blocking problem. Need to contact BH support, might be different class c IP etc.
