strange problem - something appears altough it's been deleted

hi everybody
i'm having a problem i never had before: in the website:
http://www.my-caricautre.com/bars (http://www.my-caricature.com/bars) (hebrew website)
i had removed a section from the website, altough in some computers, the section is still visibile.

what might be causing that problem?

Sounds like some users haven't cleared their browser cache, and are still getting a cached version of the page. They should try CTRL-F5, to force a refresh.

That's the first thing i had in mind
but this is happens even after he checked it from a new computer and opened it in a new browser (firefox)!

I once had something like this and it turned out that I was being moved to another server without knowing it.
Took 2 days or so before I could update my site again without losing newly added data.
