Our blog is on BlueHost. We need some specific help with WordPress on our blog, http://www.noquarterusa.net -- including upgrading to v. 2.2 and adding a narrow column for advertising. These tasks are beyond our own knowledge or ability to learn in a short time.

Did you install Wordpress through Fantastico? If so, you can upgrade through that. I believe v2.2 is the current one available.
