Is it possible to install other open source softwares on my server?

I use a shared server for my domain and want to install bugzilla and subversion to use in my development projects. Is this possible?

if its a php, most php can be script can be setup.

sorry as i new to bugzilla... seem like is a ''software''.
Then its not possible in shared hosting server like bluehost.

why not using sourceforge?
