Sub FTP account does not work

I've created an sub FTP account, but I can not login with this new account. I don't know if there is any setup time (I created for more than 15hrs).
Please give me some advise. I'm in un urgent need of this sub ftp account.

We're going to need more info. Are you using the domain name with the username?

Thanks. I was contacting costumer support and they got it working for me. Just wonder why I can not do by myself, I am not that stupid. I handle many other hosting service without this stupid problem.
