Hi,

I have sent mail to the support team, but nobody replied me. :-( So I have to post a thread here again.

I am living in China. For some special reason, the IP address which my website is located is blocked by my ISP. So I cannot access my website in my office or home. I have to move to another building to use another ISP to access my website. You know everything is very strange in China, I cannot change my ISP.

So I want to know whether bluehost can move my website to another IP address or assign a individual IP address for me. And how much should I pay for that?

My website is 'myvoipapp.com'. You can reach me at support[at]myvoipapp.com. Thanks god, I have redirected this mail to our gmail box, so I can receive mail without any difficult.

I am looking forward to your response and opinions. Thanks.

It sounds like the blocking is by customer IP address, not destination IP address since you can access if from another customer's PC. If this is the case and your ISP uses DHCP to automatically assign IP addresses, you could get a new IP address for your PC. You can do this by disconnecting, deleting all references to previous IP addresses and reconnecting. (How to delete differs by operating system, and I forget how.)

Another option might be to use Tor (http://tor.eff.org/). I've never used it, but I think it was invented for places like China.
