Yesterday I joined BlueHost, and I've been noticing the following messages in the error log:

[Tue Aug 21 11:59:05 2007] [notice] FastCGI: wrapper mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/local/apache/bin/suexec)
[Tue Aug 21 11:59:05 2007] [internal] Process [3423] Starting /bin/fastphpd
[Tue Aug 21 11:59:05 2007] [notice] FastCGI: process manager initialized (pid 3422)
[Tue Aug 21 11:59:05 2007] [notice] Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) mod_fastcgi/2.4.2 mod_auth_passthrough/1.8 mod_log_bytes/1.2 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635.SR1.2 mod_ssl/2.8.28 OpenSSL/0.9.7a PHP-CGI/0.1b configured -- resuming normal operations
[Tue Aug 21 11:59:05 2007] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/local/apache/bin/suexec) [Tue Aug 21 11:59:05 2007] [notice] Accept mutex: sysvsem (Default: sysvsem)

It seems to happen every 10 minutes or less. Anyone knows why do their appear? Does they mean that the HTTP service restarts?

system error or your account error?

seem like it a 'notice', rather than an error report.

email the log to support. to find out in details. They will fix it if got problem.
