I have been having significant downtime/backup for mail delivery through the 3rd party spam service Bluehost offered in the past. I have cancelled that as a result so our mail now comes straight to Bluehost servers.
I can't seem to find any existing threads that include comments from user's on whether the Postini spam service Bluehost is offering is working for them. Any advice would be appreciated.
This is Matt Heaton (Main honcho at Bluehost). I personally have been using the new antispam service that we launched today and it works GREAT! I was receiving somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 spam per day and now I get about 3. I almost never get a false positive on my email. Try this one out. You won't get delays and it WORKS, it REALLY works. We didn't want to launch a new service like last time and have it pooch out on us after 2 weeks. This new one should be able to handle millions of mailboxes under the service with no problems... Give it a try! Its more expensive at $1 per month per email address, but given the current spam situation I think its a bargain :)
Thanks,
Matt Heaton / President Bluehost.com
