Hi,
As I said on the subject my whole html_public folder is just gonna, and all my mail accounts the same. I came aware of that when a friend called to say the site is down, 2 days ago.
I have opened 2 tickets but they don't seem to show up in the "open tickets", the first one should be more than 24h old by now. I tried to call but it seems that -cause I am calling from Greece- I cannot make any of the choices (1 for biling department, 2 for technical department etc), the phone system just wont accept them.
At http://serverstatus.bluehost.com/ the server seems ok.
I cannot find any accnouncements about this, and as time passes I am becoming more and more desperate, as probably everyone would if he would lose everything he had uploaded.
Pretty much I don't write here for member help as both problem and solution seem administrator dependent. But I am writing here in case someone of the forum admins can contact the technical department and inform them of my case or at least that I have open tickets, to check if they are opened indeed.
The domain is www.eliteorder.info and my mail is on my profile.
