help! Cannot access bluehost from China

Help !
I cannot access www.bluehost.com, helpdesk and my web site now. Is there anything i can do for it?
Could anyone tell me how to access helpdesk and cpanel with SSL? Maybe i should try some public web proxy first ...

previously there is few china user reported the same issue. Probably blocked by china ISP firewall.

for your website, you will need to buy a dedicated IP.
contact support for this. They will solve it. Just need a private IP
