I had 2 different database engineers look at my mysql database, and both said the same thing:
My site and tables are completely optimized. The reason my site is suffering is because the server is simply overloaded. There is nothing I can do on my end, it is blue host's responsibility...period.
I've tried everything. One database engineer (with a phD in computer engineering) said even if I paid him $2500.00, he still couldn't fix it. I am awaiting bluehost to fix it. I am losing money every second my site is down
