My IP is blocked. I shall by a dedicated IP for 12 month (My host still has more than 500day avaliable).

Now, I need you help to install my IP, than I can login to pay the bill.

To verify my information , I have already given my cpanel password the sale1@bluehost.com

Just need your help to install the IP ahead before I pay. May I have such chance.

If you tryng to connect from China, all IP addresses are blocked from the US, or so I have been told. Contact support.

You are right. some words on BBS should be blocked. My current IP is shared with a lot of other users. So met this problem I didn't feel odd. My site is only about technology.

Why I put this post ,maybe the sales told me I can pay the bill by paypal for $47.64. And I don't know whether it's for 12 months or my left host time. And still no responce now.

I cannot use the live chat these days. So problems ...

You only have three options in regards to contacting bluehost. Opening a ticket, using live chat or calling them.

Live chat is the best option. Keep trying until you get someone.
