Cannot add a domain name by Domain Manager

Hi,

I want to add a domain name to my existing "account", but the domain manager don't let me do that with the following information:

"This cart purchase requires that your account be verified. We are unable to verify your account information.
Please review your information and make sure it is correct, then contact us to verify your account."

I have updated my credit card info, but still cannot get it work

P.S. I want to pay the domain fee with my VISA card.

Updating your credit card info isn't enough. Like the message says, you must contact BH to verify your account.
