Anyone else's MySql down?

All my sites that use Mysql just went down. Cant get to them in cpanel either. clicking the mysql icon just times out.

Anyone else?

Remember, BH is running over 500 servers, so MySQL might be down on your box, but not on anyone else's. Check the server status page, and if that doesn't provide anything useful, contact BH via Live Chat.

thanks for the info. I did check my domain on the system alerts page and it said ok.

So i posted here and submitted a trouble tix. It was resolved in less than 20 minutes after my ticket (not saying that I affected the speed of the outcome)

oh yeah sorry, i should have said what box number I was (from the left hand side of cpanel)

Glad they resolved the problem. Live Chat is usually the best way to deal with these kinds of issues - they can check things quickly, and give you some immediate feedback on when things might be fixed. Since this is a user-to-user forum, we're usually pretty much in the dark, too, and the trouble ticket system is better for less immediate concerns, since it can take a few days for BH to get back to you on a ticket.
