Transfer a domain from one bluehost account to another bulehost account

I trying to transfer a domain from an existing bluehost account, to my bluehost account.
When i use the control panel Transfer in step 1/4 I receive the message
"Domain mysite.com is already in our system, but attached to another account. You'll have to park it onto your account first."
Following this error i have tried to park the domain, on doing this i receive the following error.
"Error from park wrapper: mysite.com is owned by another user."

I am sure i am overlooking something simple has any one any advise?

This sounds like one of those things that you won't be able to do on your own. Suggest you contact BH directly.
