How do I transfer local xampp/wordpress blog to bluehost?

I'm new to web development. How exactly do I transfer a blog I've constructed in xampp/htdocs/wordpress to my new bluehost account? Please help.

1. Go into phpMyAdmin in XAMPP and export the database.
2. Go into phpMyAdmin on your hosting and import the database.

3. Use an FTP program to copy all the content of your xampp/htdocs/wordpress folder to the appropriate folder on your hosting.

4. Check that your blog displays correctly on your hosting then go into the wp-admin option there and change the domain name for where the blog is located (if you didn't set it to the final destination address to start with).
