Outlook Express Issue

I'm having a problem sending email using Outlook Express and my BH mail account. After following the instructions provided in the demo I am able to receive email using OE but I cannot send. I receive the following error message in OE:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.xxxxxxxxx.com', Server: 'mail.xxxxxxxxx.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Any ideas as to what I may be doing wrong?

That did it. The problem was the port number for the outgoing server.
