Default I'm not able to access to DotRegistrar to change the DNS

    Hello,
my site is registered with DotRegistrar and I have transfered it to BlueHost. I need to change the DNS but DotRegistrar doesn't allow to open an Account and/or access to my site settings (actually, it's expired from 4 days).

    What do I do?

I gess you have to contact your former registrar to change the nameservers to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com until the transfer is completely done. When the transfer is fully complete youŽll be able to change the nameservers from your cPanelŽs Domain Manager on bluehost.

The problem is the DotRegistrar is down. If I try to contact them by email, I receive a message that the email doesn't exist. If I try to contact them by phone, the same thing... It seems DotRegistrar is not exist anymore.

If you've already initiated a transfer of registrar to Bluehost just use LiveChat and ask them.
