Hello today I talked to the live support , this is the answers I got.

SENT MUST MOVE EMAIL - TO BE DELETED - January 29, 2008 you violated our Terms of Service 3 times. We then delete accounts. I am very sorry. You must find a new host.

and when I asked why I got this answer : We warned you 3 times about your VB bulletin license.

And the last time that happened I bought a licence and sended a copy of it to : abuse@bluehost.com like you requested.

I openned a ticket and sended email again to abuse@bluehost.com I just hope its not too late to recover my domain I put all my work into it.

Hope to have some replies from the bluehost menagment.
