how to edit SPF record

plz help me how do i change the spf record my mail mx is redirect to another server and i found that my spf record is not changed. how can i change SPF Record

I asked about this earlier and didn't get an answer. All BlueHost SPF records that I've looked at seem to look just like this one which I captured this one with the 'dig' command-line utility:

jackson.io.    14365   IN   TXT   "v=spf1 a mx ptr include:bluehost.com ?all"

I'll be eager to see if anyone has an answer, but I'm guessing we can't modify them.
