Pictures Not Showing Up and Weird Characters

I'm adding images through the bluehost editor where you are supposed to be able to just simply click on add image, add smileys, add links, etc. In the preview, everything is showing up great. But when you access the website directly, nothing is there. I'm also still getting the foreign ? signs showing up everywhere and I don't know how to fix them. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't see any odd characters but it may have something to do with your pictures being so large and using html to shrink them to fit. You should really shrink the images to the size you want before uploading them.

Whatever the problem was (and I did see it on my first visit to the link), goldnsun appears to have cracked it. It would be nice to know what the source of the trouble was, and how he fixed it!
