Website Down

Hello,
I tried to access my website and it was down.
I then checked my Cpanel which also seems to be down.

Could anyone let me know what the problem could be?
I have contacted Bluehost by submitting a ticket. How soon will I get a reply?

There are about 1000 different servers and you didn't say which one your site is on. Assuming that it is/was a server problem that means that 99.9% of accounts would not be affected at worst.

For urgent problems you are better off contacting BlueHost via LiveChat as they can take days to find the time in between dealing with LiveChat requests to find the time to answer support tickets.
