What software are you using to import the .sql file? Make sure you are using phpMyAdmin.

    I am using phpmyadmin only.
I have also noticed that in main window of phpmyadmin
    Create new database: No Privileges
n tried uploading data from mysql database also.
it is showing restoring database but noting is getting done.

I am really getting tension of it.

To create a database and add users you need to go to "MySQL Databases" in cPanel.
After you create it you can use phpmyadmin to import the tables.

    Default Restoring MySQL

Anyone ever tried restoring a MySQL database via cPanel? I tried uploading a .sql file using the Restore Database functionality. It looks like it's working, and I got redirected to a blank page, with the words Restoring Database written on it... and just hangs there for the longest time. Is it supposed to work like this? Because it looks like the database didn't change at all.
