    Default REAL BlueHost billing hours?

I've been trying to contact the billing department but whenever I do it says they're unavailable. The same with support tickets.

They were supposed to open 3 and a half hours ago, where are they?

And does anybody know the REAL hours they're open?

If they're not open, I'm guessing that they must be having some sort of staff meeting.

Just remember, however, that BH is in the Mountain Time Zone, GMT -7.

Yes, I made sure to convert timezones.

And yet they're STILL closed ....

    Company picnic?

Are you getting this "closed" notice from Live Chat, or on the phone?

Live Chat, I have not tried the phone yet ... I'd rather not unless I am forced to.

They must be having some sort of delay because I have had a ticket open since yesterday as well and nobody has viewed it yet.

Well, the ticket system is always a little slow, especially on weekends, and especially when it comes to the billing department, which isn't open at all on weekends.

    Alright, thanks.

By chance, is there an option in the account CP that will reactivate my hosting that I had canceled?

Not that I've ever seen - that really is something for the sales/billing departments.

Thanks once again. Wanted to make sure, because I was told a few days ago to just make a new account and transfer my domain over but I couldn't do that, so it got me confused a little.

billing is hard to reach.. had some bad experience too.
usually have to wait for them to reply.. and sometime they didn't.
