how to ban single user moblies

so if i ban a mobile user ip it also bans any other mobile that uses the same ip, an ip for mobile is some1 who has the same network and phone model, i guess its the same fora pc? is ther a way of blocking ther sim or mobile from site with out blocking other users?

Not really unless you require everyone to set up an account and login to access your pages but even then they could always set up a different login and you'd never know it was them unless they did something to give it away.

short answer... is that you can only banned by IP.

unless your scripts, have SIM or mobile number detection, that can redirect user to forbidden page
