    Question MX Entry Issues

    Hello,

    I'm trying to change the MX Entry settings so mail goes to Gmail Apps.
    I've done this previously with no problems at all, but this time I keep getting an error message:

    There was a problem changing the mx entry. Show Details

    The Show details link shows: Error fetching zone data for mydomain.com.db's MX

    I'm entering in the same MX Entry details as normal, but the setting just won't take, does anyone know of a fix to the problem?

    The MX Entry link in CPanel works great if you only want to change your current MX record, but for adding mutilples, you'll need to contact Bluehost tech support and have them do it for you.
    The best way would be to create a support ticket with what you want your MX records set to here: http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/kb/inde...&mod_id=4&q=60
    (Make sure to include one of the following for a faster turn-around: the password on your account, last 4 digits of the credit card you used to purchase, or the PayPal invoice # )

    Support have explained to me that this may be a CPanel bug. I contacted them yesterday with a similar issue. I could change the setting for one domain but not another. They made my changes for me in less than an hour!
