how to upload sql database?

i've downloaded a backup of my website sql database.
now i want to upload it back to bluehost, but i can't find anything in admin tools to upload an sql database.

It sounds you may have to upload the sql file to your account and import it via the command line.

Seen that one before. Try importing a few tables at a time.

Hmm, I followed the instructions...how long should it take to import a 200meg database? It looks like my screen has hanged but maybe it takes more than ten minutes (??)

For 200M you should expect it to take a lot longer than 10 minutes.
