Create FTP accounts for members

Dear all,
I have a few members that I want to give them access my site through FTP, for uploading files.

The question is, how to create FTP accounts for them to access CERTAIN directory, but not all directory, for uploaded files ?

(Note: I have 2-3 unused domain names hosted in Blue Host)

You simply specify the directory that an FTP account can access when you create the account.
