A little more information is needed. Where is your domain registrar? Is your domain registered with BH, or somewhere else? Where do you want to host your pages?

123-reg.co.uk is the registrar for customizepsp.co.uk.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

    No psychic powers necessary.

Just go to http://www.who.is and enter your domain name in the search box.

Click on the button labeled "Who is Search".

All of the whois information concerning registrar, expiration date, contact person and name servers will be displayed.

In fact, BH couldn't be, since BH can't register .uk domains. You can certainly host a .uk site here, but it has to be registered somewhere else, with its nameservers pointing to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com.
